Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Generally, shipping takes 1-5 business days. However, this does not take into account time to process the order, and where you live in the country might affect the delivery time. All orders are shipped Monday – Friday.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
At this time we do not offer same day delivery. We do our best to get every order out as quickly as possible. Once your order is processed for shipment you will receive an email including your tracking number.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we only ship to the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.
Will I be notified when my order ships?
Once your order is processed for delivery you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.
I didn’t receive my order but it says it was delivered. What do I do?
If your tracking information states your package was delivered, but you do not have it, you would have to contact USPS and file a claim for a missing package. Once you have a claim number, you can send that over to us and we are happy to send out a replacement or issue you a refund, whichever option you would prefer. If you would like a replacement sent, please verify your shipping address.
