Minors and Children’s Privacy

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, the Zetailz Terms of Service, and any other Zetailz policies, an individual who is 13 years of age or older and under the age of 18 is considered a “Minor.”

Individuals under the age of 13 are not permitted to access or use Zetailz or any of its Services, including browsing the website, making purchases, or engaging in any transactions through the platform.

Minors may use the Services only with the consent and ongoing supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children, as defined under the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). Zetailz does not sell products for purchase by children; any children’s products offered through the Services are intended for purchase by adults.

Zetailz does not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under the age of 13. In addition, Zetailz does not knowingly sell, share, or process for targeted advertising (as such terms are defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”), and the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (“VCDPA”)) the personal information of minors under the age of 16. Zetailz does not engage in any processing activities that require affirmative opt-in consent for minors under applicable law.

Parents or legal guardians of Minors may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child’s personal information at any time, subject to applicable legal requirements.
